Getting Started

Free 30-minute consultation

We will review your situation, and I will tell you how and

whether I can help.

Strategy session (60 min) $175

We review your concerns and your child's current IEP or evaluation, then map out next steps and priorities. This is a good fit if you want direction but plan to handle things yourself.

Document Review

IEP Review $350

A written review of your child's current IEP: whether goals are measurable, whether services match the identified needs, and what questions to raise. Includes a 45-minute call to review prior to the meeting. MDRs may include an additional fee.

Evaluation Report Review $250

A plain-language walkthrough of an evaluation report (such as an Evaluation Report or an independent evaluation), covering what the results mean, what's missing, and how they should shape the IEP.

Educational Benefit Review (EBR) $450

I help you request your child's last three IEPs, then organize it and summarize key history, patterns, and gaps thus determining if your child’s IEP is educationally beneficial. Includes a 45-minute call to review the findings.

IEP Meeting Support

Full IEP Package, $595

Document review, meeting preparation, meeting attendance, and a post-meeting summary with suggested follow-up steps. This package includes one continuance, if needed.

Specialized Support

  • Transition planning (ages 14+): Help building just the transition plan, plus guidance on adult services and supports. $250


  • Section 504 Plan Support: Review of current 504 plan and evaluation report and meeting support for 504 service agreements. $275


  • Gifted education (GIEP) support: Review and meeting support for gifted students. Same as IEP rates.

Disciplinary and Manifestation Determination Meetings (MDR):

Time-sensitive support, so please contact me promptly. I will review the IEP and Behavior Plan (if applicable), disciplinary incident and attend the MDR with you. $500

Dispute Support

Resolution Meeting, Mediation, or IEP Facilitation Support $675 per session

I help you prepare and attend, and I support you in working toward agreements. Most states offer mediation and facilitation, and I can help you decide whether those options fit your situation.

Ongoing Support

Retainer $2495 for one year of service

Email support, quick questions, and document review (including quarterly progress reports) on

an as needed basis. Good for families with an active or changing situation. MDRs will be an

additional fee.

Hourly Rate $90

For anything that doesn't fit the packages above. Billed in 15-minute increments
